Technokruti
In the Technokruti techfest, I attended a workshop conducted by S. N. Patel Institute of Technology & Research Centre. In the session, I learnt how to build model rockets and some basic avionics systems.
Internet of Things Workshop
In the first semester of my undergrade, I attended one workshop, which was based on the Internet of Things and was hosted by E-cell IIT Bombay. In the end, we completed one small IoT project. This workshop exposed me to the worlds of embedded and IoT.
Science Exhibition
In higher secondary school, I have taken part in the Science fair every year. On the occasion of Vikram Sarabhai's birth anniversary, my school, Diwan Ballubhai, hosts a scientific fair. In the 12th grade science fair, we built a smart barrier to adjust the flow of water based on our needs. We used electromagnet and an Iron plat in the system and on controlling current through electromagnet we can control water-flow. In the eleventh grade, we created a cooling system that uses sustainable energy sources. To limit heat dissipation, we wrapped the system with insulator material. Furthermore, we have used solar panels to generate energy and to regulate the temperature of a system.
